Because coming here is just like coming home! The Grelak family always treats you like one of the family. Established 60 years ago, the Hawthorne Inn has become a local favorite for its signature prime rib and baked stuffed shrimp.

In the beginning of 2005, the restaurant also underwent a complete facelift. The changes maintain the traditional style of the building, but add a twist of contemporary. In shades of purple and grey, the dining room has a newer, lighter, and modern-day ambiance. The menu also reflects an updated change as Roast Duck, and Salmon with citrus butter are now part of its everyday fare.
The Hawthorne Inn also has 12 private function rooms hosting intimate dinners for 8 as well as seminars for 200. Our meeting rooms accommodate groups of 8 to 350 in the comfort and privacy necessary for a productive meeting or lavish banquet.
At the Hawthorne Inn it's the great cuisine that makes us famous far-and-wide! Our delighted guests come from all over New England to dine with us on our award-winning prime rib and succulent seafood items. Our extensive wine menu wonderfully compliments our vast array of beef, lamb, poultry and seafood.
